A UAE Buyer Visits Our Factory for Crystal Domed SUV Emblems

Mohammed runs an auto parts trading company in Dubai, supplying body trim components, emblems, badges, and various automotive identification products to vehicle modification workshops and 4S dealerships across the Middle East.

He came across a real workshop video of our label factory online. The footage showed our domed label production line running at full capacity, skilled operators working efficiently, and every piece being carefully inspected by our quality control team. The entire manufacturing process was clear and authentic.

Two days later, he sent us a screenshot of his flight ticket with a simple message: “I’ll arrive on Wednesday. I want to visit your factory.”

It turned out that Mohammed had previously experienced repeated problems with Chinese suppliers. One batch of crystal domed emblems for SUV body kits had insufficient transparency and poor three-dimensional depth. Once installed on the vehicles, the visual effect was far below expectations. His end customers complained collectively, and the entire order had to be returned.

Since then, Mohammed had become skeptical of any “factory” he saw online.

When he arrived at our factory, he walked through the raw material warehouse and into the domed label production workshop. He stopped in front of the curing oven and picked up a freshly finished piece. Holding it under the light, he carefully examined every detail.

The curved surface was full and smooth. The resin was crystal clear, with excellent transparency and depth. The edges were clean and precisely finished.

He nodded.

Then he took a wheel center cap logo design from his bag and asked:

“Can you achieve the same gloss and thickness as this sample?”

After our technical team confirmed that the design could be produced according to his requirements, Mohammed placed the order and paid on the spot.

“Dubai doesn’t lack orders. What it lacks is a factory that can stand up to close inspection.”

We completed the production and delivered the products on schedule.

On the day the shipment arrived, Mohammed sent us a video. He showed the finished emblems installed on the vehicles and demonstrated their appearance under different angles of light.

Then he gave us a thumbs-up and said:

“The quality and finish are completely beyond our expectations. For the next batch, double the quantity.”
